Nursing is dominated by the ideas of services in which certain principles are applied with the skillful handling of sick persons. Nursing includes ministering to the patients and fulfillment of the wishes of the doctors. Meeting the health related needs of the patient at his or her level of acceptance. A comprehensive care of the individual and the community teaching them to lead a healthy life. Protecting ways and means of preventive aspects as well as prompt curative measures to contain the disease from spreading Adopting scientific approach in a manner to expose the draw backs of old ,orthodox and dangerous practices. Nursing is the practice of the art in a scientific and professional manner. To bring into play ethical values of the profession upholding the high standard presented by the modern technologies. To continue acquiring and spreading the knowledge of latest developments relevant to the art of Nursing. Develop the objective and traits with least possible personal involvement To maintain desirable standards of personal character and conduct which brings credit to the nurse and the profession as a whole.
