Am I In Trouble!!!!!!!!!!!?

Well i am 18 and got spectacles when i was 16..and the number is still same ie -1.5..i dont like to wear glasses and wanna remove can i go for lasik..i tried lens but its hard for me wear them...does lasik hurt..or can cause blindness in older ages!! please answer...Am I In Trouble!!!!!!!!!!!?
Get a consulation many doctors who preform the procedure offer them free of charge.
visit your opthamologist for a consultation and take your list of questions. the answers vary for each person.
if they mess it up it could cause blindess i suppose , but they usually dont do it till you are in your 40s or so because earlier your eyes will continue to get more myopic and they cant do this to you too many times.
I haven't heard anything bad about Lasik, as of yet.
Find a REPUTABLE opthomologist and have the procedure explained. And like any other procedure, you SHOULD also discuss it with your PRIMARY CARE, as he/she should know you're having it done. Just to further reassure yourself, try talking to folks who have had it done....get their opinion.
