Whenever I eat cake or bread the roof of my mouth starts to hurt really badly. REcently it's been getting worse and I can't even eat a sandwich anymore. What is causing this and what can I do to stop it?Am I getting a cramp on the roof of my mouth when I eat bread?
It sounds like an allergy, stay off refined flour products and go and talk to your doctor.
does that only happen with bread? if it does, it might be an allergy. you should see the doctor.
