Can a transsexual hormone treatment be reverted?

I need to know, if a transsexual treatment is permanent or if it could be undo.?
Or if it can be interrupted at some point for stopping the change.?Can a transsexual hormone treatment be reverted?
Some effects are permanent, some are reversible. For male-to-female, most changes will revert when hormones are stopped (assuming there have been no surgeries such as an orchiectomy) Breast growth will not reverse, you'd need a mastectomy to counter that. For female-to-males taking testosterone facial hair growth and voice changes will not reverse when testosterone is stopped. In both cases, there is a possibility of permanent sterility resulting from hormone treatment, leading some transsexuals to store sperm or eggs before they start hormones so that they can have children later.
Why don't you call your doctor or search for the answer online by googling it?
